Delete your data
SnipSmart (by ArchnaCode LLC) is built to keep your business yours. Almost everything you enter — your dates, appointments, check-ins, notes, gut-check answers, and clearance progress — is stored only on your phone and never reaches our servers. You can delete all of it yourself, any time, right inside the app. Here’s how.

Delete just your analytics
Open SnipSmart, go to You → Privacy & security, and turn off “Usage flow.” Turning it off immediately asks our server to delete your usage-flow thread. Your on-device data is untouched.

Delete everything
Open SnipSmart, go to You → Privacy & security, and choose “Start over.” This permanently erases your profile, dates, check-ins, gut-check answers, and clearance progress on your device, and asks our server to erase your anonymous analytics thread. (You can export a copy first if you want to keep it.)
What gets deleted, and what’s kept
Deleted: all of your on-device journey data (via “Start over”), and your server-side usage-flow analytics thread (via either step above). Once removed, it’s gone.
Kept: anonymous, aggregate counts (for example, how many people opened the app on a given day). These carry no identifier and are never linked to you, so there is nothing personal to remove — they can’t be tied back to any individual.
Retention: your usage-flow analytics is automatically deleted within 12 months regardless. On-device data stays until you delete it — it’s yours to keep or erase.
